개인정보처리방침
Refresh Coffee Works(이하 "회사")는 한국 중고 커피장비를 해외 바이어에게 소개·판매하는 서비스에서 WhatsApp 등 메시지 채널을 통해 문의를 받고 응대합니다. 이 방침은 그 과정에서 처리하는 개인정보를 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
- WhatsApp 전화번호와 프로필에 표시되는 이름
- 대화 내용(관심 장비, 국가, 전압, 예산, 요청 사항 등 문의에 포함된 정보)
- 견적·주문·수출 서류 작성에 필요한 정보(회사명, 이름, 연락처, 배송지 국가·주소)
2. 이용 목적
- 문의 응대, 장비 제안, 견적서 작성 및 발송
- 주문 처리, 수출 서류(상업송장·포장명세서 등) 작성, 물류 및 결제 확인
- 서비스 품질 개선 및 자주 묻는 질문 정리
3. 처리 위탁 및 제3자 제공
회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 다음 사업자의 인프라를 이용합니다. 판매 목적으로 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform) — 메시지 송수신
- Vercel, Supabase — 서버 및 데이터 저장
- Resend — 견적서 이메일 발송
- AI 답변 생성 사업자 — 문의에 대한 답변 초안 작성(해당 기능 사용 시)
위 사업자의 서버는 대한민국 밖에 있을 수 있어 개인정보가 국외에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
4. 보관 기간
문의 대화는 응대 목적이 끝날 때까지 보관하며, 거래가 성사된 경우 계약·결제·수출 서류는 관련 법령이 정한 기간 동안 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요. 메시지 수신을 원하지 않으면 대화에서 "STOP"이라고 답하면 됩니다.
6. 안전성 확보
회사는 접근 권한 제한, 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS), 웹훅 서명 검증 등으로 개인정보를 보호합니다.

Privacy Policy
Refresh Coffee Works ("we") introduces and sells used Korean coffee equipment to overseas buyers. We receive and answer inquiries through messaging channels such as WhatsApp. This policy explains the personal data we process in doing so.
1. Data we collect
- Your WhatsApp phone number and the profile name shown to us
- Conversation content (equipment of interest, country, voltage, budget and other details you send)
- Information needed for quotes, orders and export documents (company name, name, contact details, destination country and address)
2. How we use it
- To answer inquiries, propose equipment, and prepare and send quotations
- To process orders, prepare export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, etc.), and handle shipping and payment confirmation
- To improve the service and our list of frequently asked questions
3. Service providers
We use the infrastructure of the providers below. We do not sell personal data.
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform) — sending and receiving messages
- Vercel, Supabase — hosting and data storage
- Resend — sending quotations by email
- AI reply provider — drafting replies to inquiries (when this feature is used)
These providers may process data on servers outside Korea.
4. Retention
We keep conversations until the purpose of the inquiry is fulfilled. For completed transactions we keep contracts, payment records and export documents for the period required by law, then delete them.
5. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or stop processing your data. Contact us below. To stop receiving messages, reply "STOP" in the conversation.
6. Security
We protect data through access control, encryption in transit (HTTPS) and webhook signature verification.
